Reset, balance, and deepen your connection with yourself!. Each 2-hour workshop blends education, discussion, and a restorative somatic practice to support nervous system regulation and holistic well-being. Two more opportunities to explore:

Join us for a transformational day of somatic release, somatic yoga, and gentle breathwork, all designed to help you unwind layers of tension and reconnect with your body’s natural ease.
During this retreat, you will:

• Understand how stress affects your body and overall well-being
