Co-owner, Outreach Coordinator, and Retreat Facilitator
Stephanie Guerrero-Vasquez is Co-owner of Mindful You Yoga and Wellness Co-op and leads outreach, partnership development, and collaborative wellness programming for healthcare, corporate, and community organizations. She is known for her grounded presence and ability to create welcoming, inclusive environments where individuals feel safe, supported, and meaningfully engaged.
Her facilitation integrates intuitive wisdom, trauma-aware care, Reiki energy healing, and holistic wellness practices in ways that remain accessible and appropriate for professional settings. Stephanie’s yoga classes and group experiences are designed to foster joy, connection, and embodied awareness while supporting sustainable wellbeing.
Co-owner, Somatic Movement Educator and LMT
Crystal Harmoenius is Co-owner of Mindful You Yoga and Wellness Co-op. Her work focuses on somatic movement, nervous system regulation, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, and restorative body-based care that supports resilience and long-term wellbeing.
Within corporate, healthcare, and community environments, Crystal offers practical, nervous-system-informed approaches that help individuals reduce stress, restore presence, and reconnect with the body’s natural capacity for regulation and healing.

Additional qualified practitioners from the Mindful You team may also facilitate on-site sessions or support contracted programming, depending on scheduling, scope of service, and the specific needs of each organization.

Custom pricing is developed based on frequency, group size, travel, and scope of service.
Designed to support nervous system reset and deep recovery within workplace or retreat-style wellness experiences, mini wellness sessions offer participants dedicated time for individual restoration during the natural flow of the day.
Sessions are typically offered in twenty-minute intervals and may be facilitated by a licensed massage therapist or energy healing practitioner, depending on practitioner availability and organizational needs.
Nervous system-focused wellness options may include:
• Table-based somatic bodywork, Craniosacral therapy, and Reiki energy healing
• Reflexology in a zero-gravity chair
• Seated therapeutic massage for tension relief and regulation
These shorter sessions provide intentional space for rest, regulation, and integration without requiring full-length private treatments. Longer private sessions may be available depending on scheduling and program design.

$ 200 per hour for bookings under four hours
$ 180 per hour for bookings of four hours or more
