Yoga Foundations

Begin your Sunday morning with intention, clarity, and connection.

This foundational class is designed to introduce (or deepen) your understanding of the asanas through a slow, mindful flow. We will explore traditional Sanskrit names, proper alignment, and how each posture is meant to feel in the body — not just how it looks.

Expect a supportive pace, hands-on assisting (with consent), and thoughtful guidance rooted in yoga philosophy. You’ll learn the building blocks of the practice while cultivating awareness of breath, stability, and ease.

Perfect for beginners and welcoming to all levels, this class offers space to refine, reconnect, and build a strong, confident foundation for your yoga journey.
