Yang-style Tai Chi

Yang-style Tai Chi classes are designed to help the participants achieve better balance, improved health and well-being and a greater sense of peace of mind. The relaxed, controlled and deliberate movements coordinated with deep and purposeful breathing will leave everyone with a peaceful and relaxed sensation that can last throughout the day.

This sequence contains seated movements using a chair and standing/walking movements, accessible to all levels of experience and interest.
