Vinyasa Power Yoga 🔥 Warm

For students already familiar with yoga looking to be challenged with a Vinyasa style class. This class will typically start off with sun salutations which is a great way to warm up the body and ramp up the intensity of the practice. Class will continue in the vinyasa style which aims to connect one posture to the next in union with the breath. We will honor the philosophy of Vinyasa by recognizing the temporary nature of all things as we continually link, or flow, from one posture to the next. We enter into a posture, are there for a while, and then leave. This class will work on improving your strength and balance in a fun and challenging way to support the ebbs and flows of daily life.

*Be prepared to sweat! The room will be kept warm at approx 80-85 degrees. The added heat can increase flexibility in postures, improve circulation and boost your cardiovascular fitness.
