Sunday Sangha

**Not just a movement class**

Sangha is a Sanskrit work meaning "community." Sunday Sangha is a theme-driven yoga practice that meets weekly. Each class builds on the previous one going deeper into the themes and evolving with the participants. There will be 30 minutes of physical practice, followed by 30 minutes of breathwork, meditation, and mantra, and we will integrate each class with a group discussion around the topic for that day, how our practice supports us, and how we are growing and evolving within ourselves though practice.

Typically we come together to practice then travel right back home. Sunday Sangha invites you to intentionally connect and share our lives with one another. Come explore the other facets of yoga practice, and connect with your community!
