Sunday Sangha

Sunday Sangha is a grounding and heart-centered practice that weaves together the many dimensions of yoga into one cohesive experience. Each class includes mindful movement and deep stretching to release built-up tension and awaken awareness in areas that may feel tight or stagnant. Through these movements, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm and ease.

We’ll also explore the subtler practices of yoga—breathwork, meditation, and mantra—to help calm the mind, balance the nervous system, and open the heart. These elements come together to create a space where you can both unwind and recharge, leaving you feeling centered, clear, and deeply nourished.

The word Sangha, derived from Sanskrit, means community. On Sunday mornings, we honor this spirit of connection—moving, breathing, and growing together in a shared field of presence and support. Whether you’re seeking renewal, reflection, or simply a sense of belonging, Sunday Sangha offers a sanctuary to come home to yourself and your community.
