Reiki to Sleep and Restore (long-distance session at your bedtime)

Book a session for while you sleep, to help you sleep well!

Once you have experienced a good night's sleep, the world as you experience it shifts. As you may know, sleep restores the brain and body, improving memory and immunity. Your energy reserves are refilled and you can think clearly, remain calm, and regain a sense of optimism as you move about your day.

It is easy to fall out of a good sleep habit. We are pummeled with daily distractions and when the day is over, it is hard to leave them behind, clear the mind, and give it a rest.

Reiki is a powerful tool to give you space between your thoughts, so you can bring rest and restoration to your mind and body.

How Does It Work?

Your Reiki to Sleep and Restore session is planned to occur as you are settled in your physical sleep space at your bedtime.

When you book a session, you can schedule a consultation session via phone or Zoom to discuss your goals for reiki. For example, are you simply looking for more sound sleep, or are you cultivating more calm into your life, or perhaps there is another area of your life that would like the positive aspects from reiki.

You will receive a reminder text the day of your session to make sure you are scheduled for your regular time to turn in, then Kelly will channel long-distance reiki to you as you drift off into stillness. All you need is to take a few deep breaths, or tune into one of the Reiki to Sleep and Restore meditation audios (coming soon!), and let the reiki energy work for you. We will check in by phone or text the following day to answer any questions or acquire feedback from your experience.

The session itself lasts about 30 minutes, but the effects continue long afterwards!
