Puppy Yoga Event with Knine Rescue, Inc.

Let us come together for a great cause. Join us in the experience of a Yoga Class open to ages young and old (ages 14-99+) with the company of puppy dogs. This event is being sponsored by Mindful You Yoga & Wellness for the benefit of Knine Rescue Inc.

Join us from 1 - 2:30 pm on the day of the event at Mindful You Yoga. The yoga class will begin at 1:00 pm. Please come as early as 12:30 to meet the adoptable puppies and stay after to continue to hang out with the puppies and other like minded people that care about rescue dogs.

Stephanie Guerrero will lead the class through various yoga postures and techniques along with some fun interaction with the puppies that will be joining us. Let’s get to know ourselves better through a practice of yoga and the company of PUPPIES !!

Registration ost is $40 per person and all proceeds are being donated to Knine Rescue Inc., a small non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to animal care and protection. They assist shelters and other rescues (both in our local community and beyond) by finding loving homes for neglected, abandonded and homeless animals. Their goal is to promote responsible animal ownership by educating the wider public about the importance of spay / neuter, pet training and health care.
