MY Yoga Nidra

Let's enter the weekend with Yoga Nidra!

Yoga Nidra is a Sanskrit term that translates to yogic sleep. We will begin this guided meditation with 10 minutes of gentle seated stretching and then ease into our 30 minute meditation while laying comfortably on the back or the side supported with blankets and bolsters. The last 10 minutes will allow for mindfully easing movement back into the body and/or journaling. Dress comfy and bring a journal, loose paper and a writing implement (optional).
