Sadhana is a Sanskrit word loosely translated as "Practice." Our sadhanas help guide us towards realization of the Self. Sunday Sadhana is meant for all levels of practitioners. This class guides practitioners through different yoga practices.
We start the class with asana (posture) practice to help prepare our bodies for the more subtle yoga practices of mudra, breathwork, yoga nidra, and meditation. It is recommended (but not required) for participants to be comfortable laying on their back for an extended period of time.
