MY Morning Vinyasa

Expect a unique offering at this class for yogis of all ages, abilities and body types!

Learn how to strengthen and stretch muscles to promote and improve comfort and stability. Modifications are taught for all poses with the intention of giving students a personal practice. Students are welcome to use props with modifications offered throughout the practice.

A regular yoga practice can increase muscle strength, endurance, proprioception, body awareness, balance, and promote a sense of calm and general well-being.
