MY Gentle Yoga

Whether you are brand new to yoga or it has simply been a long time since you have attended a class, often times a gentle yoga class is exactly what the body needs.

Yoga doesn’t have to be a gruelingly intense experience to get maximum benefit from it. Yoga is an ancient practice that is about transformation, healing, and health. Yoga is a practice accessible to everyone. In this class, we’ll focus on keeping the body open, strong, and in balance through a more gentle approach. Attention to strength and balance in the areas that are most needed as we age is given in this class while maintaining a deep connection to the energy and spirit of Yoga. This may very well be the class that changes your life from the inside out.

Includes the philosophy and energy for building a sound, stable approach for a more advanced understanding of the practice.
