What You’ll Experience:

This practice incorporates Buti® , a somatic movement practice that seamlessly fuses functional movement, and emphasizes deep slow burn, primal movement, and intuitive, creative unique movement patterns that help you get of out of your head, letting Music and movement guide you back into the wisdom of your body and heart.
Glow N' dark art and glow sticks will be provided! Bring your yoga mat, some water, and your ENERGY!!
