Breath for Change - MY Community (Sug. Donation $10+)

This donation based class will share yoga, breath work, and meditation to help reduce stress and enhance overall wellbeing. Through these tools, we can transform ourselves, our relationships, and our communities. Geared towards, but not exclusively for, educators.

This class is held on Wednesdays at either 3 pm or 4:30 pm alternating weeks. Please look at the schedule. Donations can be made at class with Marcie.
