Spring is arriving (soon!) with fresh energy, new movement, and beautiful expansion in our studio family. We are excited to share that this season brings new classes, new experiences, and three incredible instructors joining our community to support your journey of strength, balance, peace, and vitality.

We’re delighted to share that some of your favorite classes will now be guided by new instructors, bringing fresh depth while honoring the formats you love. New Class Lineup

Starting February 28 — Alternate Saturdays at 8:30 AM

Vitality 360 with Courtney Glancy

Full-body, high-energy circuit blends short, powerful intervals with intentional strength training to build functional strength and metabolic health. Expect dynamic cardio, low-impact strength work, and core training to support strong muscles, healthy bones, and ease of movement both on and off the mat.


Beginning March 3 — Tuesdays at 9:30 AM

Yang-Style Tai Chi with Dennis Martin

This accessible practice combines relaxed, controlled movements with deep breathing to support balance, overall health, and peace of mind. Classes include both seated and standing/walking sequences. All experience levels welcome.


Beginning March 17 — Tuesdays at 6:15 PM

Heated 🔥 Power Vinyasa with Cassy

Get ready for a strong, empowering practice that builds heat, strength, focus, and confidence while challenging both body and mind.


New Hybrid Classes

Saturdays at 10 AM | Tuesdays at 7:45 PM

Gentle Somatic Yoga and Pangu Yoga will now be offered both in person and online through Zoom! Hybrid classes start this Saturday, February 28.

Spring is a time of awakening with the Spring Equinox on March 20 as nature’s reset: Balancing light and dark. Rest and action. Release and growth. This is your season to realign.

This month's offerings are designed to help you reconnect with your vitality, expand your practice, and explore new ways of moving, breathing, and being. We can’t wait for you to meet our new instructors and experience the beautiful schedule additions.

Wild Devotion: Monthly Ecstatic Women’s Circle

This is active meditation for women who crave embodiment over perfection and connection over performance. We start with a short grounded yoga practice, expand into intuitive, ecstatic movement, then gather in a sacred sharing circle. This is not a class, it's ritual in motion, it's about feeling connected and alive.

Embodied Resilience: A Somatic Spring Ceremony

Explore resilience through the nervous system as your body’s natural ability to restore and renew after depletion. Through somatic movement, breath awareness, and sensory attunement, we create space for renewal. This is an invitation to soften, to rest, and to reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
