...is a gateway to a sacred place. You may experience a combined sense of calm and inspiration as you explore tranquility through the senses of your mind and movements of your body.
This is a gentle yoga practice that uses visualization and breath work strategies with the invocation of a "password" of kindness to create an integrated mind and body practice which lifts the spirit. Pangu Yoga was co-created by Anisha Desai and Master Ou Wen Wei to optimize the flow of qi gong energy through a carefully curated yoga sequence.
You do not need any experience with yoga or qi gong to gain the full benefits of the practice.
