Julie Gaynor is a long time yogi and WFPB chef. She and her husband Bill have been eating meat and dairy free since 2011, at the time they first attended Vegan Summerfest! Julie loves to cook and considers the kitchen to be her happy place in her home. She alters recipes to adjust for her husband's inability to ingest 5 kinds of sugar (a rare genetic disorder) and several of their friends' severe restrictive dietary needs. To taste her creations is a true treat.
