Re-Sounding Yin

A state of attentive relaxation in the mind can facilitate restoration and repair. The process is simple once we eliminate the stressors and distractions of our daily routine and find a quiet place to rest. We allow comfort to reach the body. We allow calm to enter the mind.

In our Re-Soundingly Yin class, we use yin yoga, restorative postures and sound bathing to activate the 'rest and heal' mode of our nervous system called the Parasympathetic. This is how we experience an ultimate place of relaxation.

Yin poses are long held deep stretches which access the deep layers of muscle and fascia. Restorative poses help us to relax the body with supported of bolsters and blankets. Sound bathing instruments are used to align the frequencies of the energetic body.

You may not want to leave when class is over.
