During the designated MYtime hours, the studio is open for you to arrive anytime, set up your mat, and begin your practice. Whether you’re following a monthly suggested sequence provided by us, working on a personal practice developed through private lessons, or exploring our video library, this is your time to reconnect with your practice in a way that resonates with you.
What’s Included in MYtime:
