
This class offers a gentle, supportive practice that helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system—your natural rest and digest state.
You’ll settle into 5–7 fully supported, passive postures, each one designed to support the spine in all directions using bolsters, blocks, blankets, and other props. Every shape is held with comfort and stillness, inviting deep relaxation and nervous system calming.
We’ll close with an extended Savasana, giving your body time to fully integrate the rest and restoration you’ve settled into.
