
This gentle, all-levels yoga class is designed to build strength, flexibility, and emotional regulation. The class combines slow, flowing movements with restorative poses, breath work, and meditation.
Learn practical tools to manage stress, build inner calm and cultivate resilience, leaving you refreshed and centered. Modifications and props are provided.
This sequence is created with educators in mind, but all backgrounds and interests will benefit!
