This workshop is a slow, supportive exploration of restorative poses using blocks, blankets, chairs, the wall, and straps to create shapes that meet you where you are.
We’ll begin with a gentle warm up to arrive in the body, then explore familiar poses through different orientations, floor, chair, and wall, noticing how thoughtful prop placement can completely shift the experience. We’ll take a short break midway through before settling into a slower second half and an extended, fully supported rest.
Together, we’ll explore forward folds, reclined hip openers, gentle twists, and options for a deeply supported Savasana. The focus is not on achieving a specific shape, but on discovering variations that feel steady, spacious, and sustainable.
Designed for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, including those in larger bodies or anyone looking for more accessible ways to rest, this workshop offers a relaxed, community-centered space where curiosity is encouraged and props are tools for support, not correction.
Come ready to slow down. Leave with practical ways to build rest into your practice.
