For students looking to be challenged with a Vinyasa style class. Re-awaken your primal nature through the releasing of blocked energy and uniting of the Sacred Masculine and Divine Feminine in all of us! This class blends traditional Vinyasa of sun salutations to warm up the body, connecting movements with breath, and ramp up the intensity of the practice with Buti® Yoga techniques to create a balanced practice of movement and stillness for the Mind, Body, + Soul! Fusing creativity while maintaining structural integrity, get ready to dive into bringing dynamic, primal, and intuitive movement within you to life! We will honor the philosophy of Vinyasa by recognizing the temporary nature of all things as we continually link, or flow, from one posture to the next. We enter into a posture, are there for a while, and then leave. This class will work on improving your strength and balance in a fun and challenging way to support the ebbs and flows of daily life.
*Be prepared to sweat! The room will be kept warm at approx. 80 degrees. The added heat can increase flexibility in postures, improve circulation and boost your cardiovascular fitness.
