This Vinyasa class is all about feeling strong, steady, and free in your body. We'll move through a creative, quick-paced flow that builds strength, improves mobility, and challenges balance - all while staying connected to the breath.

Expect to sweat a little, explore new movements, and leave feeling both grounded and energized. All levels are welcome, with plenty of options to make the practice your own.
