Kelly envisions a world of empowered, healthy and interdependent beings. She believes we can direct our own destiny, and she travels the joyful paths of energy work and self-study, particularly yoga, qi gong, reiki, and meditation. Her method to achieve this vision is twofold. One is to take the tools from yoga and other mindbody practices "off the mat" and into our daily routine. The other is the interdependency we share as humans to give and receive our talents and gifts with each other, such as channeling energy through reiki or healing qi gong, teaching skills, or simply talking and laughing together. Crystal is a licensed massage therapist, a yoga instructor, a somatic movement educator, a certified health coach and a mom with a passion for nature and helping others. She strives to create an empowering, nurturing environment for yoga students and wellness clients to flourish and feel a sense of joy.
Crystal is the founder and co-owner of Mindful You Yoga & Wellness. Crystal received her massage training at Holistic Massage Training Institute. She is currently a student at Upledger Institute studying Craniosacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release and at Baltimore School of Reflexology studying Reflexology. Crystal is also studying and incorporating Somatic Movement Education and Gentle Somatics Yoga into her therapuetic body work sessions with the use of assisted stretching and pandiculation. Crystal maintains professional memberships with the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners (IAHP) and the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP), both of which provide ongoing resources and continuing education opportunities to support and enhance her evolving skill set.
Her intention is to embolden you on your health journey whether it be through working with Crystal one on one as a yoga student or client receiving customized therapuetic wellness services. She offers a range of support depending on your health concerns and goals. Stephanie Guerrero-Vasquez is a Shamanic Priestess, Holistic Healer, and Energy Intuitive who holds sacred space to guide others back to their soul's essence of feeling safe, aligned and in harmony with their life and purpose. With a background in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health, Stephanie found that a multi-dimensional approach that incorporated both spiritual and emotional healing, along with addressing the physical, was the key to what was missing in traditional health and wellness field.
Her offerings include energy healing, clarity on life’s soul journey, Shamanic Past-Life Healings and practices rooted in Plant Magick, planetary influences, sound healing, and sensual embodiment practices through yoga as well as holding community ceremonial events that follow Astrological Energies.Stephanie is 200 YTT certified yoga instructor, as well as Buti®, Buti® DEEP, sculpt & Bands certified.

Marcie Cooke completed her 200-hour Wellness, SEL, and Yoga teacher training with Breathe for Change, an online training made by educators for educators.
Marcie has been practicing yoga since 1996 and has found that what she learns on the mat, she takes into her personal and professional life to keep her balanced.
She teaches vinyasa flow to her yoga students and creates her classes around a theme, with poses and intention that support that theme. She loves using props and dabbles in restorative, yin, and chair classes too.
Marcie is also a 26 year math educator and highly involved in the teachers union. She loves her public schools and strives to bring yoga and wellness to her school community.

Kate McClain is a passionate yoga teacher specializing in Vinyasa and Buti Yoga. Her classes are known for blending mindful movement, creative flow, and a soulful energy that invites students to connect deeply with themselves. Through her teaching, Kate encourages self-expression, self-acceptance, and joyful exploration on the mat. Whether guiding an energizing Buti session or a grounding Vinyasa flow, her goal is to create a safe and empowering space where every student can shine.

I’ve been a personal trainer since 2003, with a practice grounded in science, experience, and intentional movement. My work focuses on building strength, alignment, and balance in ways that support both performance and everyday life.
In 1994, I underwent a spinal fusion that covered most of my spine—an experience that permanently shaped how I move, train, and coach. Rebuilding strength and relearning movement patterns gave me a deep respect for the body’s need for balance, patience, and awareness. I understand firsthand what it means to step away, lose strength, and begin again, and that perspective informs everything I teach.
After 15 years of owning and operating my own fitness studio, I stepped away to support my son during an important season of his life. Without the demands of running a business, I now devote my full attention to helping others move better, feel stronger, and gain confidence through thoughtful, well-designed training.
My approach centers on proper form, injury-aware training, and balanced strength that supports everyday movement. I believe fitness should be sustainable, empowering, and something people grow to enjoy as they better understand their bodies.

Tai Chi, Author, Movement and Mindfulness Specialist
Dennis Sidney Martin has been practicing Tai Chi since his retirement in 2012, teaching since 2021. Always interested in the gentle art of Tai Chi, he finally found time to study it once his hectic career as a Systems Administrator ended. Finding peace and tranquility became paramount in his life and he found it in abundance through this practice.
In addition to Tai Chi, Dennis is a writer who has published in various formats including novels, poetry, plays, short stories, children’s books and self-help.

Restorative, Chair, and Accessible Yoga, Reiki Master
Maura-Leigh is a yoga teacher, mom and joy seeker. She attended her first yoga class more than 20 years ago in her home state of New York and instantly felt the benefits of linking breath to movement and connecting the mind and body. She started her career as an Elementary school teacher in New York, received her Master’s Degree in Literacy Studies from Hoftra University and then moved to Maryland a few years later, newly married and ready to teach.
She taught for 10 years and then became a mom twice over and switched roles to being a Stay at Home Mom and squeezing in yoga asana when she could. In 2018, she became a certified Montessori Primary teacher through CGMS just in time for her youngest to start school. Maura-Leigh found such beauty in child led learning and fostering independence through teaching self care, care for the environment and community.
In 2019, Maura-Leigh became certified to teach Restorative Yoga Through Yoga for You. In 2020, Maura-Leigh became a 200 hour RYT through M.Power Yoga Studio in Baltimore. She furthered her yoga studies by becoming certified to teach Restorative Yoga Nidra with Bram Levinson.
She has taught at a few local studios, has private clients and also created neighborhood yoga events in her neighborhood as well at with Milton-Montford Neighbors in Baltimore City. In January 2023, Maura-Leigh completed her Chair Yoga training with Maria from Yuva Yoga. She also leads chair yoga classes at local senior centers.
Maura-Leigh’s goals are to provide a safe space to dive inward during yoga practice, promote self awareness and create harmony in the body through breathwork and movement.
Maura-Leigh loves breaking into dance at any given moment and is a competitive Powerlifter!

Vinyasa Power Yoga
Cassy Dixon is an RYT-200 yoga teacher who was first drawn to hot power yoga in New Hampshire in 2021, completing her teacher training in 2025. What began as a physical practice quickly became a steady anchor through periods of growth, change, and self-discovery. Grounded and introspective by nature, Cassy Dixon is drawn to practices that build strength through awareness, consistency, and intention. Her connection to yoga is deeply personal—shifting her perspective from doing more to moving with purpose and presence. She teaches because she believes in the quiet, lasting impact of the practice, creating space for others to reconnect, reset, and feel more like themselves.

Reiki & Reiki-Infused Candles
Esmeralda is a Reiki Master. She received her attunement in 2024 after receiving encouragement and confirmation during a medium session with her transcended father.
Esmeralda has always been interested in personal well-being and self-growth; however, her spiritual awakening started in 2020 when she decided that "we don't know and may never know" was not a sufficient answer to her recurring questions "Why?" and "Who am I?" During the past five years, Esmeralda has been introducing herself to the spiritual world in different aspects. In 2023, she received training to open the Akashic Records for herself and others. Her desire to give back and help others to heal led her to get out of her comfort zone and offer her services to others in a sustained manner.
During her spiritual journey, Esmeralda began to create reiki-infused candles. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family and going to yoga classes. She sings in a choir, too.
Currently, Esmeralda’s questioning has changed from “Why?” to “Why not?” and “Who am I” to “Who do I want to be today?”

Maria has been teaching yoga since 2010. She has her 500 hour yoga teacher training and loves to practice outside. Her focus is to teach students something as opposed to simply lead them through a sequence. A typical class begins with a warmup followed by some work and a generous period of relaxation. Her philosophy is that yoga should be accessible to anyone just popping in for a class so props and modifications are always offered.
If you're looking for a challenge, support, growth and balance come hang out with Maria. When not teaching yoga she works as a park ranger and teaches first aid, CPR, and a wealth of other topics.
Licensed Massage Therapist
Drew is a licensed massage therapist and has been practicing massage therapy since graduating at the Holistic Massage Training Institute in 2015 and has been a massage instructor at HMTI since the Summer of 2019.
As a massage therapist, he has always been interested in how the body works and how the body responds therapeutically to massage. After working a few years in a therapeutic massage setting as well as a spa, he found he enjoyed helping people ease muscle tension, stress, to relax and feel better. Drew uses a variety of therapeutic methods and relaxation techniques to relieve aching muscles and help clients recover from the rigors of work, exercise, and daily life. He’s passionate about helping people feel their best and reach their wellness goals.
With Drew’s massage, every client receives an integrated and customized massage that addresses their individual needs and treatment goals. Some of the modalities Drew specializes in are Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point therapy, Myofascial Release and Acupressure.
A lifelong proponent of fitness and balance, Drew can be found riding his mountain bike at Gunpowder and Patapsco State Park and likes to do Qi Gong outdoors when he’s not busy massaging or teaching.
