In-person or on Zoom, sessions can be recorded so you can revisit your practice. Your teacher may prescribe a video from our library for your continued practice.

• Renewal Policy: Your membership will automatically renew for another 12-month term unless written notice is provided at least 30 days prior to your renewal date.
