This February, we turn toward a truth that often gets overlooked: self-love is not an indulgence, it is a necessity. When we tend to ourselves with care and honesty, we create the capacity to show up for others with presence instead of depletion. This month at Mindful You Yoga & Wellness Co-op, we are exploring self-care as nervous system repair, healing the body through softness, and reconnecting to ourselves through ritual, connection, and intentional movement.
Stressors take up residence in the body. Tight shoulders carrying unspoken responsibilities, shallow breath guarding the heart space, a nervous system stuck in survival mode. Over time, this disconnection can dull our ability to feel safe, supported, and open. Practices that invite awareness into the heart space and stimulate the vagus nerve help restore balance by signaling safety to the body. Through co-regulation, being in shared, supportive spaces, our systems remember how to soften together.
When we move, breathe, and pause with intention, we send the body a message: you are held, you are allowed to rest, you are not alone. Ritual creates emotional safety. Movement invites us to listen rather than push, honoring the feminine balance of emotional energy that values receptivity, intuition, and flow.

Glass Hearts: A Stained Glass Workshop with Glash Studio

Create a one-of-a-kind glass heart garland in this hands-on stained glass workshop, where you’ll learn cutting, foiling, and soldering while assembling five beautiful hearts to take home. No experience needed, just curiosity and a love for making something meaningful.
Embodied Connection: A Somatic Partner Workshop

A heart-centered somatic experience exploring connection through gentle movement, mirrored practices, breath, and co-regulation. This workshop invites you to deepen presence, empathy, and embodied awareness with a partner or new connection in a welcoming, supportive space - enjoy a partner discount too!
Ceremony of Renewal: A Cacao Gathering

Slow down and open your heart in a sacred cacao ceremony rooted in renewal, intention, and community connection. Through guided meditation, gentle movement, mindful sharing, and the shared ceremonial cacao, you’re invited to slow down and open your heart. This gathering creates a sacred space to release what no longer serves, set intentions for the cycle ahead, and reconnect with yourself and others. By embracing ritual and community, you’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and uplifted.
Medical Medium©: Healing Illness with Food as Medicine with Emily Potter

Discover how food can be used as powerful medicine in this introductory workshop based on Medical Medium© . This session offers insight into healing chronic symptoms through nutrition plus practical tools you can use at home.

We’re excited to welcome a new line of Ritual Bath Salts into the Fill Your Cup boutique. These Reiki-infused bath salts are an invitation to reconnect with your intuition, regulate your nervous system, and remember your innate power through the releasing element of water.
Each blend is prepared with intention to support emotional clearing, energetic release, and deep restoration, transforming an ordinary bath into a sacred pause. As you soak, let the water carry away what feels heavy and return you to softness, calm, and the quiet remembering of your innate power.
In February we’re also inviting you to move with curiosity, try new things, and let practice feel alive again with Shake Your Asana, a playful, community-centered journey designed to help you show up for yourself, stay curious and move with intention.
