A Mindful Mission

At Mindful You Yoga & Wellness Co-op, we believe healing and growth begin with connection. Connection to your body, your breath, your nervous system, and to a supportive community that allows you to show up exactly as you are. Wellness is not one-size-fits-all, and true, lasting health comes from having options, consistency, and a space where your needs can change and evolve.
That’s why we’ve created a studio where access to a wide variety of class styles is central to our mission. Under one roof, students can explore practices that support mobility, nervous system regulation, strength, flexibility, and rest. Whether you’re rebuilding trust with your body, managing stress, increasing physical resilience, or learning how to heal from the inside out, our offerings are designed to meet you at an accessible level and grow with you over time.
Our schedule intentionally balances dynamic movement with restorative care. Classes like Vinyasa and Buti Yoga help build strength, stability, and confidence, while slower, somatic, and restorative practices support nervous system healing, mobility, and deep recovery. We believe both movement and stillness are essential. One builds capacity, the other restores us. Together, they create the foundation for longevity and sustainable well-being.
Mindful You began as Crystal Harmoenius’s vision for a space where anyone could come. A place for those feeling unsteady, curious, overwhelmed, or ready to deepen their practice. That vision has grown into a cooperative rooted in care, inclusivity, and shared responsibility for one another’s wellness. Here, healing is not rushed or performative. It is practical, compassionate, and deeply human.
Beyond the mat, we extend wellness into everyday life through thoughtful partnerships and offerings. From our collaboration with One Straw Farm CSA, supporting nourishment through fresh, local food; to the Fill Your Cup boutique featuring local artisans; and workshops and gatherings that invite education, reflection, and connection, we aim to support the whole person, not just an hour spent in class.
We do this work because we’ve seen how access to mindful movement, nervous system care, and community can change lives. When people are given the tools to listen to their bodies, move with intention, and rest without guilt, healing becomes sustainable. When we move, breathe, and grow together, we build not just stronger bodies, but healthier, more resilient lives.
